Invitation to the Breath Meditation QLB in Vienna
The Quantum Light Breath® (QLB) is a one-hour breathing meditation set to music and performed while seated.
The QLB accelerates the personal growth process by loosening old programs, patterns and blockages that are anchored in the subconscious and dissolving them through the breath.
The QLB was developed by the American psychologist J. Kabbal and is part of the Clarity Process.

Invitation to the relaxation meditation “Bodyscan
Bodyscan is a body relaxation exercise performed while lying down. Attention is focused on different areas of the body one after the other.
Music and my voice accompany you for about 45 minutes in a deep relaxation.

History
Ceremonial opening of the association at Lake Öden
“In my seminars and workshops, I give people back a piece of joie de vivre”, with these words Dr. Sonja Böhme lifted the association “Nareia” out of the baptism on June 2 in the Kohlröserlhütte at Lake Öden.
With the association, a regional offer around the topics of “meditation, mindfulness and conscious living” is created. At joint club evenings, simple exercises are shown that help to relax, fall asleep or find peace.
We thank all the wonderful guests who were there to celebrate the foundation of Nareia together!!!!
Quantum Light Breath- above the rooftops of Vienna
It was a beautiful and hot evening on June 27 on the rooftop terrace celebrating life together with Quantum Light Breath.
Thanks to all who were there! The mixture of experienced and newcomers made a very special atmosphere of togetherness.
I had great fun putting together the music for you and your Quantum Light Breath and then enjoying it live with you 🙂
